Tactical is a family-owned and operated business. A Father and Son Venture centered around the passion for firearms and the freedoms provided by our founding fathers. Our mission is to provide our customers with a quality product, reasonable price, and a smile at every pull of the bang switch.

By placing an order with us, you agree to our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and represent that all products purchased will be used in a lawful manner and you are of a legal age, and where applicable, a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S., to acquire or use such products.

For any purchase, you hereby certify that if you live in a state or local jurisdiction that prohibits a person from assembling or manufacturing a firearm without a license, you (1) possess the required license to manufacture firearms, or (2) are obtaining these parts solely for the repair of lawfully possessed firearms.

You further agree not to make an offer for the purchase of any items where the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by any applicable law, including, without limitation, the sale of items prohibited or regulated by state or federal law. Without limiting the generality of the preceding sentence, User agrees that all offers to buy and all sales and transfers of firearms, guns, ammunition, gun accessories shall by made by you strictly in accordance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. It is your obligation to know all laws regarding offers to sell and the sale and transfer of firearms, guns and ammunition and to fully comply with such laws and any violation of such law will terminate your right to access or use the Website. TARFU Tactical will cooperate with law enforcement in prosecuting anyone suspected of breaking any such laws.

No product offered for sale by TARFU Tactical will be knowingly shipped or transferred to a person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to receive or possess such product.

YOU AGREE THAT THE USE OF FIREARMS ARE POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS IF HANDLED IMPROPERLY AND CAN POSE RISKS TO AND HAZARDS TO YOURSELF AND OTHERS, WHICH MAY RESULT IN PROPERTY DAMAGE, SERIOUS INJURY, OR DEATH.

TARFU TACTICAL DOES NOT COLLECT PAYMENT CARD INFORMATION, FOR EXAMPLE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, (“PCI”) FROM USERS. TARFU TACTICAL USES A THIRD-PARTY HOSTED PAYMENT PAGE AND PCI PROCESSOR. BY SUBMITTING PAYMENT THROUGH TARFU TACTICAL WEBSITE, YOU CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL AND PCI INFORMATION BY OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS.

12. Liability Limitation

The liability, if any, of TARFU Tactical and its agents, servants, representatives, members, officers, and employees with regard to your use of the Website for any claims, costs, damages, losses, and expenses for which they are or may be legally liable, shall not exceed $25.00. In no event shall TARFU Tactical and its agents, servants, representatives, members, officers, and employees be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

NEITHER TARFU TACTICAL NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, PARENT ENTITIES, SUBSIDIARIES, LICENSORS, PARTNERS, MANAGERS, SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR OTHER AGENTS SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO ANY USER OR THEIR PRINCIPALS OR AGENTS FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER GENERAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, COMMON LAW, OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, STATUTE, OR REGULATIONS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold TARFU Tactical and its partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates, harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Website.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS TARFU TACTICAL FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY THE COMPANY DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER TARFU TACTICAL OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

14. No Waiver

TARFU Tactical failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not waive future enforcement.

15. Disclaimer of Warranty

You expressly agree that use of this Website is at your sole risk. Neither TARFU Tactical, its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, service providers, or licensors (collectively, “Providers”), or the like, warrant that this Website will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of this Website, or as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or currency of the Content. Any dispute arising under or in connection with the Agreement or related to any matter which is the subject of the Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and/or federal courts located in Kent County Michigan.
